A:Yes,the har is cut from one donor with fulll cuticle aligned,no acidbath ,natural unprocssed.
Q2.Will the hair shedding or tangle?
A: The hair is double welf weaving with no shedding ,and as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle ,it could last over a year if taken good care .
Q3.Why the hair has grey har?
A: As virgin hair,we keep its original state ,will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindky understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle
Q4.How many bundles for a full head?
A:12"-14":2 bundles , 16"-20" 3 bundles ,22"-28":4 bundles or more
Q5.How can i order one more bundle?
A: You could place an order first ,do not pay ,leave a msy about ,what extra length you need ,contact the seller to adjust the order amount so you could pay.
Q6. How long is the processing and ship ment time?
A:There will be a 24-hours payment verifying time ,we will ship the goods with in 24 hours after the verifying time shipment will take 3-5 day
Q7. Why my order is frozen ? What can i do?
A: It is payment security problem,please check with your bank why they block payment on aliexpress.
Q8.I cancelled my order why i still do receive the refund ?
